What We Do

OIF is configured and founded on four (4) cornerstones of collaboration to deliver a no risk investment
transaction that accelerates project and business launches for market
capture and growth.

Central to the OIF portfolio strategy is the objective of cross-integration of projects that links diverse industry sectors for balancing both risk and return algorithms for OIF Investors. While the OIF business model sets a low/no risk value proposition that is achieved through the FIIC insurance architecture, this foundation is further enhanced with each project being undertaken through OIF’s debt/equity structure. Individual projects are studied to identify and determine what, if any, cross-integration collaborations can be achieved via either direct or ‘contracted’ relationship. Examples: OIF’s real estate projects can be aligned and enhanced through direct participation and ‘use of’ several contracted services with related OIF projects and businesses. Agricultural agreements setting and delivering food and water services for both residences and guests can be configured, anchor tenant and businesses can be configured ‘on property’ or adjacent to properties. Additionally, waste-to-energy (WTE) collaborations can be configured within each property setting ‘anchor’ and market differentiating strategies that can set critical off-take and supply agreements.

As each project is studied and underwritten, there is focus to determine if aligned value propositions can be achieved that are complimentary and market differentiating for the projects and businesses involved.

Collateral for any transaction is mission critical. Under the OIF model, the overall value proposition is that of setting the low/no risk architecture for the investor via the FIIC Insurance Policy. This Insurance Policy becomes the primary collateral, with the investor being set as the “owner” of the policy. The exchange of cash (investment) secures an insurance policy with a face value which is, in and of itself, an asset that the investor holds. This feature alone sets a unique and differentiating value proposition. This is further enhanced with any number of additional collateral features that can include bank instruments and ‘first lien’ positions associated to each investment. The collateral stacking architecture of the OIF investment model positions the Insurance Policy as “first,” which is then stacked or ‘back-stopped’ with additional assets held and being leveraged in the OIF collateral pool.

For the ‘project’ (recipient) of debt/equity capitalization through OIF, the traditional ‘skin-in-game’ and ‘personal guarantee’ that have been historically required are not applicable or of issue in the underwriting process. Thereby freeing the project and entrepreneur from the single greatest deterrent to project and business success.

Navigating through and around the traditional banking sector and the burdens put on both business and entrepreneurs is an acute issue. Under the OIF strategy and business model, our banking alignments are programmed into each transaction to foster several strategic and integrated objectives.

Primary to OIF’s ‘Development’ mission is a focus on cross-integration within our projects and the investments with OIF’s banking collaborations being central to this work.
